Nick the Wolf in the distant Closet-land

The University of Peloponnese, School of Fine Arts/Department of Theater Studies and the Historical Archive Museum of Hydra, in collaboration with the author Christos Daskalakis, present a project dedicated to the expression and creative imagination of students entitled “The children of Hydra draw and write their own fairy tale”.
The event takes place in the framework of the Symposium of the University of Peloponnese “Argolida the place of Co-writing”, which aims to cultivate the skill of creative writing and addresses all age groups, while at the same time highlighting the work of local creators of writing and speech.
The children write, draw, direct and perform the show “The fences were broken and the cages were emptied” based on the fairy tale by Christos Daskalakis entitled “Nick the Wolf in the distant Closet-land“, a tale about diversity, social exclusion, the importance of personal choice and the power of freedom.
*The event took place in the premises of the Historical Archive of the Museum of Hydra in May 2016.
